Gee, but I'd give the world to see

I can't forget that old quartet
that sang "Sweet Adeline!"

Goodbye forever, old fellas an' gals
goodbye forever, old sweethearts an' pals
God Bless them!

Gee, but I'd give the world to see

When my family was temporarily homeless (our home/business burned) we had to get a cell phone just so people could find us. We couldn't afford it but we needed it while our home was rebuilt.

Don't laugh John.

In some areas toilets is the number one way that deadly snakes enter houses.

Once you have a deadly snake in the house...

well

just use your imagination!

Those cardboard tubes that gift wrap paper comes wrapped around is also a common way for deadly snakes to enter a house.

And you think your neighbor down the road died a "natural" death...

well

I guess deadly snake bites ARE natural...

now

WHERE'S THE BEER!?

I actually prefer Emu eggs myself...

http://feast.northstar-m.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/rear_dozeneggs_emu608.jpg

Usually taken in this form...

Diamantina Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients
1 Pint Bundaberg Rum
1 Pint Condensed Milk
1 Emu Egg

Instructions
Beat the Emu egg well (or 12 regular eggs if you don't have an emu egg to hand).
Then add the condensed milk and rum.
If bundy is not available, use a dark rum.
Drink, fall down, technicolour yawn.

Enjoy

Well, I figured it wouldn't be fair to throw down that gauntlet if I didn't go ahead and try it myself, so I tried ... and I couldn't. I got 8 or 9 pages in, or so, before I realized that my head has been hurting ever since I clocked it on the underside of the table, and, what's more, "A Hymn To The Morning Star" is the source of these nightmares I've been having for the past couple of years.

Did somebody say HOOTERS?

Now you got my attention.

About those zombies...one disconcerting thing about them is that their strategy is to be hidden in plain site.

Look at all of those books.

TV shows.

Movies.

They are right here.

Yet we (except for a very few of us that are demonstrating inordinate foresight and bravery) choose to ignore all of the warning signs.
