It looks like it is $199, but if in doubt, you can always email Brian at Wampler pedals/Indyguitarist and verify with him...Also sign up for his newsletter because he'll occasionally have some sort of deal on some of his pedals from time to time...

If you sign up to be a member on his site, that pedal will cost you $139. That's a good price for an analog delay - I have no idea how this pedal sounds, however. But his other pedals get nice reviews almost everywhere.

I played it at the NAMM show, very good pedal, would get one but I just got a Carbon Copy, and love it so, Brian builds great stuff.
