Esquire wiring?

i know this had been posted a few times over on the old site, but i havent found anything posted here yet. I am just waiting on a few more parts to finish up my Esquire project. i need a wiring diagram & a run down on the resistors needed for the 3 way switch. thanks, Mike

thanks Adam. for some reason i thought there were more resistors needed on the switch, like on the rotary of a gibson varitone, but i was wrong. Thanks, Mike
