What defines a Tex Mex and Atomic pickup as in this Fender Cyclone?

Apparently a Tex Mex Strat pickup from this set (http://www.fender.com/products//search.php?partno=0992131000).

The Atomic humbucker bridge pickup has AlNiCo V magnets, the polepieces are spaced a little wider (appropriate for the bridge position), and it's wound around 16k.

An Atomic humbucker neck position humbucker has AlNiCo II magnets, the polepieces are normal spaced, and it's wound around 8k or less.

There's a Tex Mex bridge-spaced AlNiCo V humbucker that's wound a little more than 8k. Fender used them in the bridge position of some Strats.

The Cyclone or a similar Fender guitar (not a Strat or Tele) in one or more earlier years had the Atomic set. I have the set in a pickguard I had in my Squier Tele Custom. I also have a Tex Mex humbucker I was going to try in the bridge position of that guitar. But I changed my mind and went with P-90s a la Custom II.
