Flat357 May 20th, 2008, 10:18 PM I found these lessons on the tube , which appears to be a whole video broken down by Steve Trovato , who is a killer player .
They are fantastic , and suit ALL standards of player , so everybody here from beginner to advanced will get something out of this .
These things have a habit of being here one minute , then disappear the next , so miss at your peril !!
Have fun

You have to got to Lick Library's website to order it. However, I don't think these videos will last long since it violates copyright laws. I give it a few days before it is removed. I may download them so I can put them on my iPod.
Stjohn1299 May 21st, 2008, 09:55 AM cool stuff....thanks!

Axis29 May 21st, 2008, 11:33 AM Duh, never mind, first video, first thing out of his mouth, "Hi this is Steve Travado."
So, I'm guessing that that is the video straightface. Think I'm gonna have ot get it no matter what, just to try!

Here's something to start you out:

Good luck!

I use a program called YoutubeGet but it's not free. It will convert the flv file from YouTube to avi, mp4 and I think mpeg...However, someone here I think posted a free program that will do the same thing. I can't remember the name though.
drewsblues May 21st, 2008, 06:40 PM Ehmmm... Can you post the original URLs for these videos?
<EDIT>
Nevermind... I found them in the menu on the player itself.
Thanks!

johnnytronics May 21st, 2008, 07:06 PM Uh, anyone able to mute the pedal tones like this guy? Not easy!
Crotalus Atrox May 23rd, 2008, 10:59 AM Thanks, Flat. I like this guy a lot. He makes it clear what he's doing and it's fun to play.
CJohnson May 23rd, 2008, 01:55 PM Shoot, I already bought this on DVD. I could have had it for free.
bagpipe May 23rd, 2008, 03:00 PM Uh, anyone able to mute the pedal tones like this guy? Not easy!
Yes, agreed - I was struggling with that last night. Muting the bass notes is a lot easier. I guess its just more practise ?
