howdy all, just lettin' ya know, Forrest Lee Jr. and I are working on a new CD/DVD bender project together. We're gonna come up with some tunes that we can overload with stringbending licks. We're also planning some shows together and clinics etc.

I really look forward to working with Forrest on this project.... as you all know, he's an awesome player!

We're working on the schedule now and picking out the tunes. I'm not sure how long it'll take, but man oh man... this should be a lot of fun! We've talked about having some cameo appearances on the CD/DVD with some of the other bender players too.

We're wanting to spread the vibe on stringbending and chicken pickin' to the pickers out there that don't know what they're missing out on. Bendin's fun.

My sense of humor is a bit warped so look for some unusual video shots and fun at our appearances lol..

We'll keep you up to date on the project.

Thanks Flannel Pat! That's one of my fav' tunes to play. I plan recutting it.
There's some licks in there that after hearing it a few times after I recorded it... I want to change.

Not sure if it'll be on Forrest's and I's new CD/DVD or not.

guitartim, got that string drop the other day, and installed it last night,......very cool on my lil e.
I just had to put a 3/4" screw in so I could use the spring. just about touches the head stock when toggle is down., very repeatable tuning going back and forth!
I love this thing,,, good thinkin' man.

Don't know when you made the bendalero sales vid, but do you have any left?
i'm actually a bass player by night and am just pickin a few in a duo on the guitar. I'm interested in benders now and that was an awesome deal to get into bending.
thanks again and keep us posted on your project.
oh yeah, i meant to ask you, is Warrensburg in Southern IL? Is that milo country?
I remember when I played at the Southern IL State Faiar about 12 years ago
riding along in the RV and seeing these otherworldly looking plants. "what the%*@! are those?"
One of the natives told me it was milo. oh well, if you are in milo country you fit right in cuz you're otherworldly too (in a good way).
see ya

HH, I'm out of the Bendolero's right now. I've got a few other geetars loaded with my toys though.

I'm about 40 miles north of Milo country. We're cornfields and soybeans here.
Warrensburg is just a couple of miles NE of Decatur. It's flat and boring here, but it's home lol.
