Vintage style pickguards

Q#1: I am searching for a vintage-style pickguard for my Martin D16. Where can I find one? Does anyone here have one they don´t need anymore?

Q#2: How do I take off the one that´s on the guitar now?

I've had good luck ordering from these guys and they do ship international, but I didn't look into it.
