Tiny Terror Owner's Club

I bought mine in 2007, with the PPC112 cabinet (Celestion Vintage 30).

I'm lovin' it!

Chime in guys and gals!

I brought one a year ago.

Portable! Well, that was the idea -the boys would take it in mum's taxi with a 1x12. But the little PPC112 was sold off after I tried a PPC212 and liked the Tiny Terror sound. It has the same speakers -identical- as my Supersonic 2x12 cab (for a lot less dollars).

Orange Tiny Terror Club

Hey Guys, no Tiny Terror club? well I am going to start one!
My AC30 is getting too heavy (I am very old!!!) so needed a light weight
set up and got a Tiny Terror with a 1x12 Laney cab.

Play Blues and Brit Rock

Surprise Surprise

Sound is amazing! use at 7 watt for practice and 15 gigging
Still use the AC30 for big gigs but the Orange for everything else

Anyone out there got a Tiny Terror?

Not yet, but I'm on the lookout for one. I just bought a used American Standard Tele and the person I bought it from had a Tiny Terror. It was amazing. Might even have sold the guitar. Hope to join the club soon.

I love my little Tiny Terror and PPC112 Cabinet. I run it together with my DRRI through a Morley ABY switch. Sweet combination of tones

I would eventually like to get a PPC212 for it.
This Tiny Terror is a (MIK) made in Korea Model.

An Orange and a Tele.........Hey Jimmy Page liked it!!!

Why don't you just get another PPC112 and either daisy chain it or run it in parallel?

I could do that as well.......so many options......I guess i will see what pops up first since i don't like to pay "new prices" and there is always good used gear available!

I have a MIK Tiny Terror that I use for nearly all my gigs (no matter what kind of music) running through an old Marshall 2x12. It's plenty loud enough and one of the most responsive amps I've ever used.
Hooray for amps that look like toasters!

Yes they do have terrific sensitivity and character. Truly one of the most versatile and simple small amps around...........probably would make good toast too!

I believe that one of the Moderators would have to do it. I'm not sure beyond that?

I have seen ads for the Dual Terror and I'm sure they will be terrific like all the other Orange products. I think they will fill a niche quite nicely.

I have yet to see one in the stores that i could play with. It won't be long.

I've been a TinyMan since 2007. Mine is Julemodded and played thru 2x12 with Cel. Blues.
It is the extreme opposite of awful.

Got mine a coupla months ago, and I can't deny it, there isn't another amp out there really like this. Sure, wattage, size, type, etc.....but not with as thick and tasty an overdrive as this. Not THE best cleans, but you can dial in pretty good cleans, great cleanish, and unparalleled dirty-ness for this type of amp, IMO. For what I do, and need, I'm in love lol!!!
I lucked into a great deal on my cab, a Blackheart BH112 cab which I"m quite happy with, but out of curiosity, is the Orange PPC112 noticably better? Never tried one personally.

I have both a TT and one of the bigger Dual Terrors. Both are great amps. I also have a PPC112, but don't use it much, preferring to use a cab with a Celestion Gold installed.

I love my Tiny Terror! PLENTY loud enough for any gigs I've been playing. In fact, I'm kinda bummed I never get to turn the volume past 1 o'clock. Usually put everything ~ 12 o'clock on the 15W setting.

I love the responsiveness. Using that one setting can still get me plenty of sounds. High arpeggios sound pretty clean, while wailin' on power chords gets you a moderate amount of dirt (the way I like it!). It cleans up super nice with a turn of the volume knob on my Tele (what else?) too.

The only problem is that I never actually tried a Vox Night Train. I'm kinda scared to now...what if I like that one better??

Also I wish it were lighter. The Dual Terror must feel like a brick. I like the "so ugly it looks cool" aesthetic too.
