The Fender Blues Deluxes and Devilles and the Hot Rod series come with that Eminence speaker. I believe the regular models are 75 watts and the special models are 50 watts. It's a good, Fendery type speaker. It's made for cleans and you won't get speaker breakup with it; any breakup will be from the tubes (I prefer both types of breakup). For more on the Eminence go to: http://studentweb.eku.edu/justin_hol....html#eminence. Click on "What kind of speaker comes stock in my HRDx?"
For your question about Jensens, go to this Weber site (http://www.webervst.com/crossref.htm) and read about the equivalents. Just scroll down to the alnico 12" speakers. You may want to go with a Weber anyway, since many people believe the Webers are up to the quality of the old Jensens and the new Jensens aren't. |
