Quite a few places have the Hoffman AC30 board kit. I'm sure that some of them probably offer all of the other pieces you'd need to assemble one.
I know I've come across other cloners who offer AC30, AC15, and other Vox stuff, too (I recall seeing an AC50 kit). Everybody and their sister offers an 18 watt clone these days. You could probably have it reverse-engineered to be much closer to a Vox. Ceriatone has a clone of the Matchless DC30, which is supposed to be the Vox AC30 clone. It's all out there - just Google away, until you find one that has the features and price that you're comfortable with.

Weber makes an AC30 clone kit. You could also rewire most 18-watt kits to an early AC15 circuit with only a few component changes, though going to an AC15 output transformer from Mercury Magnetics will get you closer still. BUT, you will not get Vox-like sounds without a Celestion Blue speaker or another good alnico speaker voiced in that way. The Eminence Red Fang and the Weber Blue Dog both come close, but are not as magical. So don't expect a bargain speaker to give you that sonic character. It just won't.
