Ventura Vintage 30 or 50 amps, anyone?
Hi,
does anyone know the small amps called Ventura Vintage 30 and Ventura Vintage 50? AFAIK the owner of Hot Rod Records used them exclusively on the new & great sounding Teeny Tucker CD and highly recommends these amps, considering their price of approx. $120 (http://www.hotrodrecords.com/). I am looking for a cheap, small, robust and lightweight amp to carry around for playing with friends. The mainstream alternative would be a Fender Frontline 15, but I wonder how much better the Ventura amps are. Very best wishes -Peter- |
