I notice these occasionally on e bay - anyone experience of them.

They appeal to me for some reason, probably just the appearance. I'd love to know are they clean sound, what volume do they have, etc

I have one, they play pretty clean at lower volumes and do get surprisingly loud, I like it for an amp to sit beside me on the couch when everyone else is sleeping. very good with headphones too.

and it looks so cute on top of my Blues Deluxe!

(I stuck a fender label pin onto it is why it has the logo)

I have one of those, a plastic silverface one and my son has a plastic blackface one.

Believe it or not, the plastic ones sound a lot better.

Thanks guys. I just feel that one of these would be perfect for my collection.

Each time I find one listed, its harder to resist. Never saw one in a shop though, always on e bay.
