Amp help!!!!
I have a 69 Twin Reverb that sounds great. The other day I noticed a burning smell and looked in the back and saw my tubes were glowing purple they were so hot. Amp still sounded fine and worked well, although it had a buzz to it.
The Problem: My amp guy has moved. Any recomendations in the DFW area? Thanks in advance,Josh |

Ouch. Yeah, don't fire it up again until you've got it to a repair guy, for sure.
A '69? It'll definitely need some maintenance (maybe some electrlytic caps went south on you out of old age, or perhaps even new tubes).
