Good amp tech in Greater Vancouver
My amp tech in Langley, BC Canada (Mike @ Act 1) has changed careers so I am without an amp tech in my immediate area.
I'm looking for any suggestions for an amp tech in the Greater Vancouver area, from Vancouver out to Chilliwack in the Fraser Valley. Can any fellow Canuckle heads help out ?

amp techs?
There's a few guys out here that do amp work. Kinda depends what kind of amp it is. Simon Jarrett from Kingsley amps lives in Maple Ridge. Toews Music in Abbotsford has a guy named Jack that does my amps for me. There's a guy in Vancouver that does stuff for Long & Mcquade (Mr. Lee or something). Not sure if Fast Eddie is still doin' stuff in maple Ridge?
Good luck!

Do you think the "Jack" from Toews Music in Abby is the "Jack Smith" that Act 1 recommended to me. All I was told that he worked in Abbotsford. I have a Fender SF Princeton that needs some minor work (Stokes mod, cap check).

Contact Barry Ewart(Google) in Vancouver. He's a guitar tech, but I'm sure he knows some good amp techs. Also, "Not Just Another Music Shop", Vancouver. They specialize in vintage amps for sale and rental for recording sessions. Most of the real vintage stuff is not for sale, only for recording rental. I'm sure they have some good contacts. I'm passing these along as they are both in the downtown area.

Steve Findley in Surrey is a fantastic guitar tech, and if he doesn't do amps, I'm sure he would know someone that does. L&M on 104th will have his number.

Yeah, that's the other name I couldn't think of. He does work for L&M, and was on Kingsway ave., around Tyne, in Vancouver.
