noise in my Champ

When I play a note thru my SF Champ, there is a little hiss or slight buzz that fades as the note looses sustain. You can hear it when your playing and then it fades as the note lessens but cuts off before the note actually ends. Any ideas?

Also, thought about cleaning the tube sockets as I've read threads where some of you talk about doing this...is it OK to use "deoxit" or something similar or do you use something else entirely?

Thanks

Deoxit works great. Use it in the pots too. The noise you hear mighht be a tube. How old are the ones in there?

My guess is the tubes are original. It's a '76. I've had it a year and it's sounded beautiful until this.
