Is this possible? Amp Blender Pedal?

I had an idea

Is it possible to put a blend pot in an EB vol pedal -- going to 2 seperate outputs -- to control between two amps. i.e. a clean amp and dirty amp and any combination inbetween...

Could be a good idea if it works. prob need some kind of built in preamp or buffer... ????

It would work if you fit a dual-ganged pot in there. However, you would need a custom taper on the pots to keep both outputs on max in the half-way position.

Sure.

And it might be fun to make one, if you like electronics projects.

But otherwise, why bother? When I want to use two amps, I just daisy-chain them and work their volume knobs. One less pedal to buy, remember to take, and trip over if you do remember.

I have a Morley Balck Gold Stereo volume/pan pedal from the '80's. It does exactly what you describe. You can even set the separation width.

Check out the Ernie Ball Pan/Volume pedal, I think it will do exactly what you want it too
