I love mine. Got it on close out a while back. I am constantly amazed by it. It has got to be in the SS hall of fame along with Tech21 and Fender Princeton Chorus. I am sure there are others.
I have had other Roland (and Boss) products and they are built well and seem to hold up. I like the fact that it is not a modeler. It just does what it does and very well. A friend of mine, BB, might also chime in here as well. Oh, and let me just say that I have had more than a few tube amps. Kalamazoo, Champ, Trace Elliott, Delta Blues 210, Marshall--I even have the Epi Valve Jr. Head to play around with. The BC60 comes mighty close to that sound. |

I don't have the BC60, but I do have the BC30. I bought it new in 1998. It's a very warm amp. I don't bother with the bright switch, I just run my tele's straight through the clean channel. Very nice sound.
That being said, I am in the market for Deluxe Reverb.

I miss my 30 watter BC. It was just loud enough for most gigs and, although I never used the distortion channel on the job, it sounded better than most tube amps distortion channels.
Most of y'all know that I own a couple old Fenders, the Sovtek Mig50, etc. etc. but I really enjoyed what the BluesCubes have to offer. Someday I'll probably get another one.
