Question about newer Fender "Twin Amp"

I have a chance to pick up one of these for three bills. I can't find much on line. Is this the "evil twin" or is the red knob the "evil twin." Are they worth more than 300? I was thinking of trying to make a little scratch off this one.

The one without the Tremelo circuit (3 controls on the right panel) is known as the evil twin. Made from '91. It was replaced by the trem. version (4 controls) in 2001.
I would say that $300 is a fantastic bargain. They weigh in at 80 lbs !!

Yeah that is one that has mix, Reverb, and Presence on it. I've seen the go for as high as $699. But for $300 I ask the store if you can play with just make sure that it works before you plunk down $300 and find out you got a lemon.
