How to remove baffle in SFDR
I have a '73 SFDR with a "permanent" baffle that I'd like to convert to a removable one. How is the present baffle attached? What would be a good way to remove it? I can attach pieces of pine to the inside like the BFDR has, so that's no problem. I'm hoping that the baffle board is easily removable...
Thanks. -alotas

It is glued into a groove as I understand it.
There is a step-by-step - I think in this Forum - in which someone shows how they "crumbled" the old particle board out of the cab and then put strips of wood in to the cab to which they attached a new cut baffle with a larger speaker hole. Was that you Rob D? |
