Will a JBL D120F fit my Alutrim DR

without any problems.

I heard about problems with one of the transformers.

Any experience?

I fit one into a Princeton so a Deluxe shouldn't be too hard...

I would do a test fit before cutting the hole in the new baffle...You may need to offset it slightly to one side and/or rotate the speaker so the speaker frame clears the chassis components.

I have DRs that bracket yours in age

I have a BF and SF and both of them work happily with a JBL. I predict you'll like that JBL a lot.

Cool

Thanks guys.

I give it a try.

I play a SF Princeton Reverb on stage as we are doing in-ear monitoring.

To put the JBL in there would also be an option....

I try first with my deluxe 8)

My dad has a K-120 in his '72 DR. Fits fine. I think you'll like it.
