I live by the covina store and I own a nomad and a vintage 16 both great amps and I have played the Bel air many times its the same as the nomad but with two speakers the newer one come with the new celestion vintage 30 speakers which I think is a very good choice for the amp. On the clean channal ton of great headroom for jazz or twang for country. Let me tell you that I have a lot of amps PTP Victoria 45410 Bluesboy TVL5 and a pbc red knob the twin amp and if I had the carvin bel air and I knew what I know now I think I would just save my money and bought a new Carvin Bel Air I think its that good Just chang the tubes to JJs at www.eurotubes.com

I had one for a while. Great tone, not too heavy to carry around and for the time I owned it vry reliable. I gigged with it twice a week for a year plus rehearsals and no problems at all.
