Clarence White/Amp/Nashville West

Did Clarence go right to Dual Showman head/cab when he "went electric"? Did he play something else prior? I'm heavy into his tone on the "Nashville West" disc and wondering what his rig was for that era. Thanks.

Clarence was also known to play through a Vibrolux and a Super Reverb (both modded by Red Rhodes). Don't know about Nashville West, but I doubt it's a Dual Showman for a little club gig.

I always thought he was using a Super at the Nashville West Club.

No DOUBT, Mr. Crash! I second that emotion.

OK, so we have votes in for Vibrolux and Super Reverb. And Mr. Red Rhodes has been mentioned. Anyone else able to contribute or point in the right direction?
