Extension cabinet for my DRRI... comments?

Hi everybody,

I own a wonderful DRRI upgraded with JJ's tubes and Weber speaker (12F150-W) and would like to ad deepness and clarity to my tone. So I'm thinking to buy a speaker extension cabinet. I will put the stock speaker (Fender Special = Eminence) in it.

Here in Quebec, Canada, there is a guy who made fantastic fender-like-original amp and cabinet:

Any comments?

I saw the website....

...and their amps and cabs look nice... priced ok too.

As far as getting more low end I would keep the stock speaker "size" in the amp and get a 15" for your extension cab. The total speaker impedance will be less if you keep the original speaker (if it's matched for the amp) and then ADD the new one. Best to just put the speaker in a box and in a closet and get two speakers with the right impedance.

I saw the repair prices...sheesh! I guess I should charge more. :D
