Recap report
Recapped my 70 watt super reverb, today.
Did the big filter caps, and all the board electrolytics. The result was excellent. The amp is just tighter, than it was. Amp is just very quiet, all the knobs do what they are supposed to do. Gobs of bass, and treble too. A wall of lush wet sparkly fender clean. Reverb is deep, and the tremolo works great. Amp was working fine before, with very little hum. and you can still tell there was a change. New tubes made the biggest change, but the caps are part of the formula.

I'm glad to hear that Tim. My main amp is in the shop being serviced right now. I'm hoping for similar results.
