Epiphone Firefly

Hey everyone...

I am new here, and I am not sure if there is an 'intro' protocall that I am missing. (other boards I am on have rules)

Anyway as my user name suggests I played a bunch when I was in college (10-15 yrs ago) and then stopped completely when I got married. (now divorced and happy :D ) I am looking to start playing again, and a buddy of mine gave me a deal on an Epiphone Dot that he had extra, but I have always been a Fender guy so that is what lead me here. I am looking to pick up a Tele in the near future....

Wow that was a long way to go to get to this question...

Have any of you used one of the new Epiphone Firefly amps? I am just looking for a "practice" amp, because I am not sure if I will ever get back to the point of playing out. I saw this one and read some pretty good reviews... Thoughts? BTW I used a Fender Princeton Chorus Reverb back in the day. And I have contemplated picking up a used one of those, but I am not sure I will need the power at this point.

Thanks for the input...
Mike
