S.S. Fender Champion just "died"
Alright, I know it is a p.o.s. solid state, but I'm wondering if anyone can give me an idea (besides throw it as far as I can fling it).
This thing just quit working. Powers on okay, light is on, fuse is good, however, does not make a single sound, not a hiss, pop, nada. Opened it up, nothing smells fried and there are no obvious crispy components. Played music from through the speaker and tried it with a known good speaker so that's not it either. Just plain dead, so before I give up on it I'm wondering if anyone can suggest something else I can check? |
