Fender Bantam Bass Amp? Never seen one of these.
Anyone ever see or hear one of these? Also, that's a crazy looking speaker it has in there!

Local shop has had one for years, they want way too much.
The speaker was made by Yamaha, has a cone made of a type of foam. Not a bad amp section, not sure why they didn't simply use a standard 15. Some folks cut a new baffle and use them for jazz guitar, retro bass sounds etc. etc. etc. |

It's similar to the Bassman 10 but with the weird styrofoam cone Yamaha speaker, which supposedly doesn't sound too good.
Could be made into a giggablle amp, as Warm Guns mentioned , some folks have made a new baffle ( these amps have the glued in MDF baffle ) and installed a 15, or 4-10s. It would have to be really cheap though, not $550 |
