NAD: Vox Pathfinder 15R
Just got it! Was reading about them here on Monday or Tuesday and on a whim checked CL.
There was one just listed the day before less than 3 miles away. 1 year old. Clean, no footswitch. $65 and it is now mine! |

^^ Yup! And not just volume- it's got a quality clean tone, and a very nicely balanced EQ too! That little speaker can deliver some bass! Enjoy!

Yeah, I've noticed these new threads on the Vox Pathfinder 15R here in ACS. Of course, they have been getting attention in the amp owners clubs section, too, particularly (for the past 3 years) in the PF15R onwers thread: http://www.tdpri.com/forum/amp-owner...er-owners.html

I am impressed with this amp in particular, but what really gets me is how good the OD channels are on these newer amps compared to when I was first shopping for one about 1990. Wow. |

30 watts and a 10" speaker would be sweet...at least the speaker.

^ I love mine as is; it sounds great and is so portable (18 lbs.!) and I'm already doing small gigs with mine. BUT I am going to cannibalize and old combo amp (basically the cab) and put in a British-voiced Emi 12"- use it for larger gigs. These Pathfinders are IMO worth double their cost!

I'm gigging mine at a mid-size club in DC on Friday. They mic the amps and have monitors on stage. I'm looking forward to being able to carry all of my gear in and out of the club in one trip.
