It sounds awesome. Its a 2 channel amp with two gain stages on the second channel... not a huge fan but its good for a crunch sound.the clean channel has a mid cut which makes it sound almost blackface. I use a modded ts9 and a dd3 and it takes them perfectly. Its 2 6l6s (RCA blackplates) it loves my tele and my 335 u haven't tried the strat or the 61 Kay. But I expect great things from then too. Its got tube driven Reverb and effects loop with a mix knob I haven't tried it yet.the Reverb is amazing. From what I've read its like a super Reverb without tremendous and it only has a 12 inch speaker. I haven't taken it apart yet for gut shots but I plan to soon.

Edit: I do not know for sure if the tubes are blackplates... that's what the Guy told me. Having never seen one and this being my first 6l6 amp I can't be certain. But it sure sounds close to my buddy's 65 super

I have this same amp! I've only ever seen a handful of them advertised for sale. I really like mine - plenty loud enough for gigging, but still quite a compact amp. I would quite liked it if it had a master volume though, and I was never that sure what the 'mix' knob did - still, they're great amps!

It controls the "wetness" of the effects in the loop.

Is that an '80's Concert? When I was about 13, the owner of my local music store had one, not for sale, it was his, & a rare treat to be allowed to plug a guitar into it. 30 years later it's still my reference point for a great sounding amp. Never see them in these parts nowadays.

No its the later 90's one. The one you're talking about is the Rivera designed model.
