both look good to me, i bought a pvclassic30 from a shop that was the floor model, full stock for 400 within the last year, and i think it was worth it. i love mine.
choose ytour favorite speaker, decide if you want a peaveyclassic30, (assuming both sellers are legit) get one i'd say, both look good and now 4 zillion people from tdpri are tempted to buy one :P $.02 as always |

I was able to A/B today.
I was able to A/B the Classic 30 with the Fender Blues Jr. today at a local store. While both sounded great the Classic offers a litlle more headroom and a fuller sound IMHP! I am talking with one of the sellers right now. I assume I will pull the trigger very soon! :D

Shop new and local.
Like Lenny , I picked up my C30 a couple of years ago for $399 new just by taking a couple of days to look around. I
often see them used for around $325 in decent shape. Be patient, it'll be worth it and you'll dig the amp ! |

Randy, I can't believe your gonna test your wife with yet another purchase!
I wish you heard my modded Carvin Vintage 33. Plus when I run it with the 4x10 extension... Look out! That might have given you some more food for thought.
