Just wondering if these are any good playing live? Looks cool but weights a frikin ton. It's sitting in my basement and hope I never have to move the thing to go gig somewhere.

They sound great live IF you need the volume. It's not worth it to move if the volume can only be on 2 all night. I use mine for outdoor gigs or at large jams where I want to cut through.

I too think they are a great live amp...outside. I think they sound best when they are really cranking and that is too much volume for most bars I've been to, unless you like cerebral spinal fluid leaking from your nose and ears.
