Excelsior - yes! I mean, I'm definitely curious. Specs look promising - plus I might dig that cab (would want to see it in real life, more pics, etc). Might be a winner there, depending on the tones.

Price of the Jaguar for example is $799 on Fender site vs $549 on harmony central, so these could be somewhere in the ballpark of the street prices.
The excelsior, I like the specs, but the cab ain't for me. Perhaps a good basis for a project |

The Excelsior looks like a really fun amp. Great design and great features; the 15" speaker and tremolo should make for some fun, swampy tones. $300 isn't a bad price.
The Greta is really cute, and looks like it would also be a fun amp. $200 seems a bit dear for two-watt amp with a 4" speaker though. Still, it is awfully cute...

So on the Excelsior, the primary chassis is bottom mounted. I guess that would mean the tubes will mount with the pins pointing towards the floor and the glass pointing up. I like that. Too bad it doesn't have reverb, but that's ok cuz I've got a pedal. Wonder if it will have just a tone knob, or a full EQ.
How can they sell this for $300? That's a lot cheaper than a Pro Junior, even! |

Excelsior, eh. I like what I see so far.
I only see the tops of 2 knobs, so probably just a tone control, like a Pro Jr. Not a bad thing...
