Ooops I didn't see the "W" at the end. That's a different model from mine.
Are Champs harder on 6V6's than a DR? I reckon it makes sense since I blew up one Champ twice, and my other Champ three times. I have two SFDR's that I've been playing on 10 for weeks now without blowing anything up............. yet.

The Weber 12F150W is Brighter 60's Tele twang tone with ceramic punch. Replaces Chicago Jensen C12Q, C12N and Oxford ceramic 12's.
12", 40oz ceramic magnet, 25 or 50 watts, 1-1/2" voice coil, ribbed cone.
Bright, moderately crunchy breakup, midrange punch, twangy, aggressive, loud, more headroom than the AlNiCo version.
I just receiving it today, I'm so excited... I'm gonna install it this weekend and will send you feedback

Wow! Nirvana indeed, at least for me... The Weber 12F150W speaker sound fantastic, even not break and new from the box. I was a little septic with critics who told that it will give a big difference in tone, but that's true man! In conjunction with news JJ'tubes it's incredible how much my DRRI sound perfectly tonefull and twangy. A really good investment. I highly recommend it.
