Thoughts on a GC mod?
With all due respect to the Carmen Gia & the good Doc, I wish the amp didn't distort so soon. I'm not a tech but I wonder what could be done to the amp to accomplish more clean volume. Maybe EL34's or a fixed bias? Thanks

I believe the Dr. would suggest a Mazarati. It's the same as a Ghia but with twice the power, so I would assume it would stay clean at lower volumes and not break up as quickly. Just my $.02
