DRRI / 6V6's / SS Rectifier = Trouble?

Greeting Experts,

I just got a new set of JJ 6V6's. I have been using a SS rectifier and 6L6's in my DRRI up to now with no problems. I'm curious. The JJ's are supposed to handle higher voltages than other brands. Can I run them with the SS rectifier without blowing something up? I know I cannot do this with other brands or NOS 6V6's. If I can, what should I set the bias at? I've set the bias at 21 ma when using a JJ GZ34. Thanks for your input.

Signed

What are the plate voltages? if it is in the neighborhood of 400 Volts you're probably okay.
