To be honest, if I had Brad's own personal guitar(s), amps and effects, I'm not sure if I could recreate his sound because that boy can play. However, I'm sure you've much more talent than me.

Have a look at his website: www.bradpaisley.com. Under Tour / Brad's Gear, there is a full list of his guitars, amps and effects. That should give you some idea as to how he creates that fabulous tone.

Good luck and report back your progress.

:D Peter

I was surfing the net the other day and found a page that showed Brad's equipment. He has a lot of effect in his rack and pedals too. I finally nailed Brads tone with my V-amp2. I use the 15 watt Class A amp with compression and just a bit of delay. I'm really begining to dig these modelers

DR. Z Mazerati

I've got a DR. Z Mazerati and as soon as you plug a tele into it you can certainly hear the basis for Brads tone. After that his talent takes over.

Start with a Mazerati w/an "British" AlNiCo speaker or 2 and start from there. You might also want to push the front end a little but that's just my take on it. ;)
