Just ordered a Jensen C12K ...

for my DRRI. What can I expect in comparison to the stock Emminence?

Thanks!

Great new site, Paul!

I prefer a stock eminence over a C12K.

Good luck tho hope you like it.

Edit, just noticed this was a bump from hell.. 2003? jeeze.. I'm guessing the C12K is broken in by now.

Bump from 2003 ? !

Man, I was younger back then. What the speaker cost back then probably isn't too relevant, just sayin.

I can't speak to the difference - never had a DRRI with an Eminence. Mine came with a C12K and I loved it. The C12K and/or C12N is my favorite speaker in Fender amps, except maybe the Eminence Cannabis Rex.

I wonder what the price increase on a C12 was in the last 9 years.?
If this went back much further, Jensen would still be a USA Company.....

My bad...responded to an old post! The new Italian C12K was not to my liking. Not a bad speaker, just not as dynamic as a Weber 12F 150 which kicks butt!

The Eminence Swamp Thang is everything that the C12K reissue wanted to be.

+1 for the 12F150, I have the nicely broken in c12k stored safely but love the frequencies of the Weber a whole lot more.
