There are numerous threads here concerning the Class 5 including one in the Amp Owners Club

I've had mine a couple of weeks-same lot as your's; week 51. No rattle so far.... The amp sounds fanastic-alot of tone for $400. I like mine best at about 9-10 o'clock on the volume-just the right amount of crunch and clean. Check out this link for info on the rattle.

Serial numbers from most manufacturers are often wierd to interpret. Not sure what the last digits mean, but I think mine was 633, but the week number was earlier than yours, so does it mean how many made in the week?

No doubt someone will be able to clarify
