How much is a Creer 7700 worth?

I have some pickups for sale on CL and a guy offered me a Creer 7700 with a busted reverb tank in trade. I'm not all familiar with these, he describes it so:

The amp is a 1960's CREER 7700 it was made in France its all point to point hand made 10" speaker controls are volume , tone , reverb , tremolo . The tubes are 2-12AT7's pre amp , 1-el84 power , 1-6X4 rectifier . the amp sounds great and its in VERY good shape . I have far to many amps and just do not feel like putting a new reverb tank in it . All the caps have been replaced a couple of months ago ( i still have all the old ones ) the power tube and rectifier tube are new .

There's also a pic of the back/inside here, about 3/4 down, and that's all I can find online so far.

What do you guys think it's worth?

He was offering it in trade for a couple of Gibson humbuckers (a 496r and a 57 classic) for which I was asking (and not getting) $150.

I let him know I'd pass for now, and he mentioned that he'd gone ahead and gotten a new reverb tank for it and would likely list it for $300.

Gee, being an amp nut, I woulda traded, since you didn't need the pickups. Seems like there should be one more preamp tube in there, unless it's got some weird phase inverter thing going........

Although there are deals I wish I'd taken, this is one I'm OK with having passed up. I didn't much care for lack of tone control (just the one tone knob, I play mostly clean, and like to be able to dial in the sparkle) and more importantly, there's absolutely zero info on the web on these things. If it gave me any problems, I'd be screwed. The pickups I can use, was just hoping to get something I could use sooner. I'll likely keep one of them, and sell the other, not sure which yet.
