I know it's another small 5 watter that probably needs a tube swap and such,but the guy wants $40 for it.
Should I?

Can't go out for the evening for that kinda coin. Any decent practice/rehearsal amp is worth that.

I read some reviews on HC,and listened to some clips on youtube-----wasn't really impressed,but heck....$40.
