Anybody try a Greenback or G12M Heritage in a Blues Jr.
Anybody try a GreenBack or G12M Heritage in a Blues Jr.?
The G12M is a 20 watt speaker and I'm assuming an original Greenback is also. Has anyone tried a Greenback in their Blues Junior? Thanks for a reply.

The Greenback (G12M) sounds good in a Blues Junior. I think the Eminence GB128 is a better choice.

Thanks to BillM's suggestion, I put a Texas Heat in my B.J. What a great speaker! I would like to try the Cannibus Rex later down the road, but am happy with the Texas Heat. A Greenback would give you more highs, no? I think it might sound shrill, especially if you play single coil PUPs.

Thanks Billm
Thanks for the link to the speaker review for the Blues Junior.
I'm putting my Blues Junior in a Vibrolux tweed size cabinet and want to try a different speaker. I have a G12H in my BF Deluxe and it sounds pretty good with the Blues Junior hooked up to it. Just interested in maybe trying out the G12M
