Mojo music supply, Weber or TAD....???

Hi!

I'm looking for a high powered twin amp kit. (80watt)

And I would like to hear you guys that have a homemade amp, where you got it from. And I would like a built in reverb too.
(like the one Redd Volkaert use)

Who sells the best kit? mojo, weber or TAD???

Thanks!

TAD and Mojo have a connection from what I know (so I may be wrong): TAD uses Mojo transformers and chassis, while Mojo at least sells TAD components (and maybe uses them?).

I have assembled amps using mostly TAD parts (components, boards, chassis, cab) and most if it is very nice quality, so I heartily recommend them; only the chassis could be better (nothing visible or concerning durability though), but the cab is outstanding. Service was friendly and punctual.

Of those three I would say Mojo. Good quality parts. Mojo transformers are made by Heyboer. Most of the "boutique" Use Mojo cabinets and chassis. Not to knock Weber but I think most of the stuff is made in China. Alot of people by the cheaper Weber as a starting point for upgrades later.

I've had excellent experience with both Weber and Mojo. TAD uses mojo hardware as I understand it. Mojo sells more domestic products, though you can also get Heyboer trannys through Weber. Mojo isn't completely clear who makes all of their transformers, but many of them are clearly Heyboer.

Thank you very much.

Do you guys know anything about how Weber makes their cabinets?
are they "fingerjoined" like the old cabinets?
