Just a humble opinion.....but natural 'relicing' is cool on a vintage amp as long as it matches the tolex, right? .
IF you are having to recover and the faceplate is really grubby, why not just buy a new replacement and store the old one in case you sell the amp and the prospective buyer is vintage sensitive? |
