Ampeg Jet 12 II, coments anyone?

Just left a local shop that has one of these on consignment. Didn't get to play through it, they were closing. Is it a Class A amp?
Volume, bass, treble and reverb, don't get any better than that. Hows the twang factor? Are they reliable? Dave

I had one for a long time.

Loved it. Why did I sell it? Heck, I don't remember.
Ampeg claims it's class A, but that's probably just a marketing thing...
I never had a bit of problem with mine. I left it stock and did quite a few gigs with it. Very cool amps for the $, IMHO.
