anybody rehearse w/a Kustom tube 12?

I use my Blues Jr to rehearse w/my band. Though sometimes I'd rather not carry the 31 pounds up and down the four flights of stairs to my apartment!

I'd like to know if the kustom tube 12 is loud enough to compete w/a drummer, a guitarist, and a bassist in a classic rock context.

Thanks.

Had a Tube 12

Had one of these little things for a while. Sounded very good at home, especially with the "gain" switch off. Almost a loud as a Champ, but not as clean. I don't think it will be loud enough to be heard over drums and the build quality won't take a lot of moving around or lots of wide-open playing. Could shake itself to pieces. The Pro-Jr. may do the trick for you. A little smaller/lighter. But most folks think the BJ is about as small/light as you're going to get and still be heard over drums.

I've played a bunch of small practice amps since posting and I think its true, the blues jr is as small as you can get to have good volume and clean headroom. I've been rehearsing once a week for the last year w/my blues jr and have had no issues except for the reverb quitting on me. Turns out it was a loose coneection. The tech fixed it in 5 minutes.

Seems like I'll stay w/the fender!
