Twin Reverb Hum - Denver Tech?

I have a Twin Reverb that hums. Tired all kinds of power conditioning to try and get rid of it. Since I'm not good with electronics, I thought I would shout out and see if anyone knows of a good amp tech in Denver. THX.

I've had good dealings with Mars Amp repair. Guitar Channel next door has some nice amp candy too. NBS Electronics aka Fat Willie is great and knows his amps inside and out but turnaround could be a while.

The hum is consistent regarless of hookup. Gets louder with volume. I guess is sounds more like a hiss.
