Eminence Legend 105 10" speaker: Any comments?
I'm thinking about getting the Eminence Legend 105 10" 8ohm speaker for my Pignose G40V tube amp. Does anyone have any experience, thought's or insights about this particular speaker? I would love to hear anything you guy's have to say about it.
Thanks!

I used to have four in a '68 Super Reverb. Great bang for the buck, not bad speakers at all, very efficient (read : loud), but a little woolly to my taste.
I do play a big 17" hollowbody, and they were a little too bassy and "woofy" for that - but with a tele that's probably a plus. I eventually replaced mine with RI Jensens (two C10Q and two C10R) that I like better for my applications, but a lot of people find them too bright. The Eminences were certainly louder and more versatile. |

well..
I have two legends in my recently acquired "preowned" Holland Tweed Bassman clone. I was thinking about replacing them before I bought and heard the amp.....now I am leaving them in.
