So I have the chance at a Fender Champion 110 SS Amp, 25 watts, for $80 obo...

that sound like a good price for one? It's in pretty decent shape...

I had one of those. Great amp. Sold and regretted. Oh well live an learn.

I had one too.
Good clean Fender tone (not so good at distortion, but bring a pedal) and a very loud 25 watts. Will keep up with a drummer.

Well, I emailed the seller with a quick question, and am waiting to hear back now. I think I will be buying it, but we'll just have to set up a meetin'.

Good backup amp to keep in the trunk at gigs, just in case.

I just got home and I HAVE GOT IT :D

I tried it with my headphones and I am in love...

The distortion isn't anything special but my Tele sounds spectacular through the clean channel. $80 well spent. Pics later, I'm gone for the weekend.

I believe the Champion 110 is the older version of the "Frontman 25R" amp (same electronics, different package).
