Speaker RMS rating
I have a 30-watt Peavy Classic - do I need to get a replacement speaker with a rating of 30 watts or more?
This is my week to learn about speakers. http://homepage.mac.com/davidniles/guitars/ |

For audiophil, the rules is the double for a 30 W, 60 is OK.
The way is between 30 and 60 Watts. this depend your amps spec ... The first marshall had the same "power" , your capacity to exploit these power. For a 30 watts it's not a problem. But don't take care, take off the actual speaker, read what is wrote, and take the same power |
