Need suggestions on speaker replacement

I have a Marshall DSL 401. I know the reviews on these run hot and cold, but I like mine. I do think it needs a speaker upgrade. With that said, I need some suggestions on a replacement. I know very little about speakers. But I can tell you what I'm desiring. I want a speaker that will allow the most clean headroom on the clean channel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

WeberVST

I'd suggest going to webervst.com and sending Ted Weber the information. I got two speakers for my Peavey from him and love them and have heard similar comments from almost everyone.

Celestion also has an online 'speaker selector' that's marginally helpful.

for the most headroom and most accurate replication of what the amp does, EV is the ticket, imo. If you could not go the dollars for that, Eminence makes a British cone speaker in 60 and 80-watt versions that is great for the buck. I am also sure that Weber would have something good to go for what you seek.
